Sometimes I meditate, but mostly I try to be mindful of and grateful for everyday things. Mindfulness provides a crucial counterbalance to technology and planning and worrying - the things that continually distract me from the present moment and the people around me. So in that awareness, I devote this space to moments of beauty, with the hope that they may grow.
